- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I liked Dr. Tomasin. I tore my ACL he looked at me. He was very nice, kind and he knows his stuff. After I left he gave me a piece of paper prescription for physical therapy. Since I've moved after finishing college I was under the assumption I was going to Sonoma Valley for physical therapy. I show up for an appointment I thought was at Sonoma Valley. They have no record of me. I make some calls and they misplaced a fax. I call Dr Tomasin's office and the receptionist lady was annoyed. I'm sure many patients don't show up for appointments which I can understand gets frustrating however that is just part of the business you're in. Every business has things customers do that is annoying. She laughed at me multiple times and acted patronizing. I strongly disliked her. Find a job that doesn't involve customer service if you don't like dealing with customers. You should always treat patients with respect no mater what. 5 stars for Dr. Tomasin 1 star for his staff resulting in only 3 stars on google.December 18, 2016by Darin Dias
